It's quite clear. Trump should not be above the law nor qualify to run. But the MAGA crowd does not care about democracy or the rule of law. MAGA would rather have a civil war rather than help save US democracy, and the courts are scared to death of them. So, their intimidation is sadly working.

It will not work. Just like Trump was not reelected, the cases he brought failed, their attempts will fail. History will not be kind to the MAGA cult.

What's crazy is the fact that some people still like him, as well as wanting him as President. #Trump4Prison

It's millions. So we have our work cut out for us to break thru the misinformation bubble.

More like mind control and that's the media's fault, especially that FOX News!

What about all the MAGA republican politicians that plotted etc to overturn the election????

They should also be disqualified. Looking at you Jim Jordan, and others, who tried to steal our votes.

Absolutely, when you take an oath to defend the Constitution, that's what you do. Insurrection consists of being hypocritical, and a LIAR!

An insurrectionist should be banned from all political offices.

Crazy if they let him run!

No one is above the law...especially the former president. One of the main jobs of the president is to uphold the law, and the Jan 6 insurrection was a direct violation of that and his official promise. There should be no question whether we should prosecute and imprison a former president who committed all the crimes we know about. They got Al Capone for what they could prove against him, and Martha Stewart went to prison for crimes she didn't commit but were done in her name. So why is it so hard to decide whether to hold Trump accountable for what we can prove? He should already be behind bars in Leavenworth.

We used to know what to do with traitors

And I want to know why it has been so hard to decide what to do with Trump. As I said, it is his job to see that the law is upheld, which makes him more accountable for bad actions than the common civilian. Trying to use the Nixon thing to protect Trump is nonsense because Ford knew what I learned sometime later, that he didn't do it, didn't know about it until it became a public matter, and he knew we had far more serious things to address than tying up Congress and the courts for years, so he pardoned Nixon so we could just move forward. The Trump thing is far more serious than an overstep by a Party to get their guy elected.

Exactly why we need the Freedom to Vote Act to expose their dark money wicked ways.
