It’s a predictable outcome when powerful tools are released without meaningful protections—and when app stores and operating systems fail to enforce their own rules.
Apple and Google already know what the rules are. Apple’s App Review Guidelines prohibit sexual exploitation and endangerment of children (Apple). Google’s Play Console policies explicitly ban child endangerment and inappropriate content (Play Console Help, Inappropriate Content). These policies exist because society agrees on a basic truth: there is no excuse for enabling the sexualization of minors.
