Tohono O'odham nation is being invaded by the White House squatter who insists on raping the land building the border fence. Also in Santa Cruz county, ancient Cottonwood Trees are threatened by the evil border wall destroying the terrain there. And in Cochise county, they persist destruction of the San Pedro Riparian area, the Chiricahua watershed, & endangered migratory fauna as jaguars & ocelots. Near Why, AZ the Organ Pipe national monument's unique environment of cacti including saguaros are mowed down with disregard for the habitats.
I have a four-part series Indian Child Welfare Update and Proposed Solutions. I discuss the historical fraud of the Doctrine of Discovery and how that fraud was used to steal these lands. The colonists don't realize (yet) that few, very few actually have good title to the land. It was land laundering scheme from the get go. The treaties were never drafted in good faith. However, the public lands (not to include what was guaranteed to the the tribes) are retained under a public trust (trust law) foundation. If Trump republicans don't honor this foundation then no one's private trust is even safe. I have seen this happen. My Oklahoma friend was entitled to 50% of about $5 million estate after his mother died (father died a decade prior). He died a pauper fighting for his entitlement. He was diagnosed after his mother died with Stage 4 lymphoma. The legacy trust was placed under the oversight of a commercial banking institution (trustee), after he died and once I informed them of the injustice, the trustee did nothing to correct the record. I was owed 20% for a promise from him because I was his friend and encouraged him to keep fighting. I haven't been paid yet either.
USA government should be ashamed of just how many treaties have been broken and ignored through out the years. We need to stop treating our agreements as a temporary fix until someone wants something else. Do Not remove the Roadless Rule on any of the public lands having this rule!
For too long this nation's leaders have chosen to break or ignore the treaties and agreements made with the first stewards of this land. We must resist and protest to end this behavior.
I don't want to have the Roadless Rule reversed. Just another attempt by trump to turn America into more of a mess than he already has. Our National Parks should be untouchable and this treaty with the Tribal Nations should be let be. America will not be beautiful if Trump has his way. Money is his goal and these big corporations are willing to pay plenty and we may never know how much trump is profiting. I just wonder how much of this we can reverse IF we can get him out of OUR WHITE HOUSE once his term is finally over, or before if we are lucky!

I've written before; This is tribal land. Contact the Seminole tribe and use their lawyers. Tie the government up in court until the Reich is gone.
