No one is above the law. The recent ruling by a Colorado judge that found that former President Donald Trump incited insurrection, but can remain on the ballot, must be challenged by everyone who calls America home.
I sent this to a friend with my comment, adding “what kind of kickbacks was she expecting?” And he replied “or threats to her family”. This is the new reality, I’m afraid…so maybe we aren’t in a position to judge harshly as I did back then. But not so much now…ouch!😳☹️
Add to this that”the shaman” who is a convicted felon for the Jan 6th insurrection is running for office. He cannot vote but he can hold office. I wonder if he wins will he show up with the horned helmet every day?
Since he occupied the OFFICE of the Presidency, how was he *not* an officer.
I think the judge just wanted to play it cautious until SCOTUS rules but I don't trust *this* corrupt SCOTUS*
The text of the oath of office for President says:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the OFFICE of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
As a linguist, there is only one way to interpret this: The Presidency is an OFFICE, therefore the President was an OFFICER. there are no 2 ways to understand that.
He should never be allowed to run for any office again.
REALLY??? So let’s put the man back in and let him finish destroying our Democracy! WTF is wrong with this judge? Must be a Maga!!
Sleazy, spineless judge. She could have made a real difference and gone down in history as courageous! But no, preferred to have it both ways.

Wow. We are in troubling times.

Good thing there's no double standard in the Justice System in this country for the "haves" and "have nots," huh? SHEESH!!
