Medicare for All and Court Expansion

🗽 People Power United champions progressive values and power to the people.

Hi there from Washington DC! In case you missed it, today there was a rally for the Judiciary Act (which advocates for adding 4 more seats). Here is a photo of me and one of our cool activists, Barbara, advocating for the court expansion.

Please take 1 (one) minute and send a message to tell your member of Congress: expand the Supreme Court to protect our voting and civil rights, create term limits, and institute a code of ethics.

I am also super excited to announce tomorrow is the re-introduction of Medicare for All Act, also known as the “getting rid of medical debt” bill. America needs to take care of it’s population and good healthcare does that. It is time for America to catch up to other countries and provide quality health care for its citizens. Please take 1 (one) minute and send an email to tell lawmakers to support: MEDICARE FOR ALL.

Secondly, I am super excited to see Senator Bernie Sanders. I’m a fangirl and truth be told I found my way into activism because of Bernie. I would not of left Suburbia if Bernie had not inspired me to find my voice to speak out for Medicare for all.
