I am no lawyer, but I think Hegseth’s actions might meet the definition of of treason, since he seems to have benefited the enemies of the USA more than the USA during a time of war. And they can hardly describe the attack on Iran as anything but war, since they changed the name of Hegseth’s dept to “Dept of War” in the run up to the attack. Everything DJT has authorized Hegseth to do has been to try to provoke wars with countries we had not fought before. It is juvenile bully behavior, not the actions of people who put the interests of the American people first, as was said when DJT campaigned.
