People Power United stands in fierce opposition to the Supreme Court’s decision to allow racial profiling in our communities. This ruling is not justice—it is an open invitation to terrorize our immigrant brothers and sisters, neighbors, coworkers, and friends who call America home.

When masked agents are empowered to stop, harass, and detain people based on nothing more than the color of their skin or the language they speak—often without warrants—our Constitution is shredded in real time. There is no “liberty and justice for all” under a Court that compromises its own legitimacy by giving a green light to racial profiling and state-sponsored fear.

America is not a land where families should live in daily terror of government agents. America is a land where every person—regardless of race, heritage, or immigration status—deserves dignity, safety, and equal protection under the law.

We will not stand silent while hardworking, peaceful people are scapegoated and criminalized for political gain. We denounce this dangerous ruling and affirm our commitment to organizing, mobilizing, and rising together to ensure that the promise of liberty and justice is real for all people—not just the privileged few.

No profiling. No terror. No exceptions. Power to the people.
