Trump’s USPS mail ballot scheme would turn the Postal Service into an election gatekeeper. Tell the USPS to deliver every ballot and protect vote by mail.
As I have understood it my entire life, it is a federal offense to mess with the mail. That should go to the Postal service as well. They have no right to censure what is going out or coming in. nor to whom. I wish I could say this has only been a political scene since DeJoy took over, but it has not. The USPS is an independent agency of the federal government, not a government department, and as such should be totally bipartisan.
Voting at the polls is difficult for people who live far from the poll, work long hours w/o their boss allowing them time off to vote, work far from the assigned polling venue and can't get there on time...voting by mail also provides time to look closer at the local issues or amendments.
Just keep trump away from any ballets. He has no right to do any policing of ballets. Tell his to go get the algae out of the reflecting pond. Or tell him to go golf or somewhere, just out of our hair. Let the grown ups do this.

The postal service does NOT deliver 'ballots', that is done by the various authorities because the ballot is a SYSTEM of voting in which people take part and each and every person has a VOTE which they cast. VOTING is conducted via a BALLOT

If you can supply a source for that information, I would appreciate it. I have not heard of an appeal at this point.
