This month he finally became a citizen - A Burmese immigrant in San Francisco became a U.S. citizen after a Trump-era processing freeze delayed his oath ceremony. I am an election official and I will NEVER bow to the evil Trump administration. I told my son to be ready for a phone call from me.
Organizations like this are instilling real fear in the fascists. They know without doubt the mid-terms will be an unmitigated disaster for them, their party, and their sick ideology, so they are doing everything possible to blunt the sword we'll be wielding in November. Voter suppression, intimidation by ICE thugs, and outright theft of elections will all be on the table. If it becomes clear they can't possibly cheat their way to victory, Trump will gin up a "national emergency" and try to cancel the whole thing! We have to be ready to fight. We must organize massive protests in advance, just in case they try the "nuclear option" and cancel the elections!
