Organizations like this are instilling real fear in the fascists. They know without doubt the mid-terms will be an unmitigated disaster for them, their party, and their sick ideology, so they are doing everything possible to blunt the sword we'll be wielding in November. Voter suppression, intimidation by ICE thugs, and outright theft of elections will all be on the table. If it becomes clear they can't possibly cheat their way to victory, Trump will gin up a "national emergency" and try to cancel the whole thing! We have to be ready to fight. We must organize massive protests in advance, just in case they try the "nuclear option" and cancel the elections!
I agree with what you are saying. We must organize massive protests in advance especially in Washington. If someone could organize buses to Washington that would be so helpful. I will be right there protesting. There is too much at stake. I hold a Canadian and American passport but America is my adopted country and I will fight tooth and nail for this country. My veteran husband passed in 2024 and I cannot let his service time and his passing be for nothing.
